Meh I really dont think Zim sees Skoodge as an enemy more like an old acuaintace and something that serves an bait for his goals.

Really? Funny, that's not how it came off as being like especially in that particular ep where both him and their planets authority figure end up being carted away by that humongous alien beast after Zim beats 'em both in the final challenge. :/

Meh I just dont think Zim sees Skoodge as an ebemy, if he does then he wouldnt have let Skoodge live in his base in the unfinished episodes.
