I recently got my hands on Rubie's 97 cent cream makeup, and it's better than I expected. It's sooo cheap which is great for my budget, and it doesn't feel awful on my skin; I barely notice it at all! It dries pretty quickly too, so hooray for that. The only downsides I found was that it took a couple layers to get it to hide my skin completely. It comes off easily if I rub at it, but brushing up against something it'll stay. I haven't gotten any actual makeup sealer yet, so it'll probably stay better once I do, but by itself it stays on pretty well.
Also, apparently every makeup test I do has me trying to make myself look like Turbo.
