Edit: FINALLY!! DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG THIS THING TOOK!also, thanks to for the help with the backround.
I could've just uploaded the simple one i drew, but I wanted it to look kinda underwatery, so I played around in photoshop
the backround's kinda sucky, but I still think this is my best piece.might make him into an OC..maybe.

oh! they're special lines in the program Paint Tool Sai that, when you press a button, have a bunch of little dots on them, allowing you to move the lines around to your liking.

oh, you do? well then! ^^ there should be a symbol that looks like a 'new layer' symbol, but with a pen on it. just use that one for lines, and when you want to fix the lines, there should be an edit button close to the pen tool.
