My hair becomes all puffy whenever I am caught under a wind storm. XD I look like one of those cottonballs...all puffy! XP

When I'm walking too school and its windy, ether my hair will go puffy, or it'll look like i've never brushed it XD My hair gets messy easily and shiz (:
