Well i can only recognise a few characters with out a chart, but...

I WOULD have updated my SIR, but his model was rather old, and prone to spontaneous combustion. I'm still trying to find the pieces.

Ryan: Well, Phantom's SIR is prone to getting extremely angry when commanded to attack. He sometimes even fires at Phantom. Now that I see these blueprints, I think Phantom stole this SIR unit. Even though it is extremely dangerous.
