Ritz (like the cracker!) the Scientist:

Well, only metaphorically is she still considered a Scientist by the empire.
But by Joe if she ain't smart!

Biology/Past: Actually running to class so I'll fill this out later.

Personality: Very prideful, I mean, she is an elite Scientist after all. But despite getting her title ripped from her, she still holds strong. Stays true to her values, definitely not a wishy-washy irk, and will be loyal till death as long as she see's the person being loyal to fit for her servitude.
A little bit snippy, but I think that just comes with her size!
She's not above using people as long as it fits her cause or ultimate goals. If someone she's loyal to says so, so be it, she will downright murder someone. Even though she does intend to use Pib, she does have a weird motherly protection over them, despite Pib technically being older and not really needing her assistance anymore. This is probably the only real attachment she's had towards someone besides her work.
Probably won't last.

This reference is a lot messier than Pib's sadly, I really couldn't decide her outfit aha; (also why she's more 'simplified' or more actual IZ styled too!)
