You take the base, and put clothes and hair on it with paint, post it and credit the owner. Frankendolling is mixing two or more bases together to make a new one.

But what if it's something similar? I mean that the pose isn't really unique like a person hanging from a ceiling fan and eating a hotdog (that would be a great pose however). Isn't your pose common?

yes, it is, but if people credit you, you would get more views, if say, someone likes the base and wants to use it too.
