Ok, I found this in this persons profile. Isn't posting stuff like this against DA rules? It is from Pokemon TV...so would it make it stealing? Please comment to tell me!Also, even if this isn't stealing, there are some recolors in her gallery, and possibly stolen art. There is A BUNCH of art like this as well.

It looks like it to me ,but you must be sure before you report someone. Like ,look it up on the internet ,if you find it , save the link and include it when you report a 'permission issues' violation.
