Here's the story:
Zim got an invisiblility suit. It also included built-in weapons.
Zim planned to sneak up on Dib and shoot him without ever being seen.
Unfortunately, the suit turned invisible, but Zim didn't (like the Megadoomer)
So when Zim went outside wearing the suit, he looked like he was naked.
Zim threw a rock at Dib's front door and waited for Dib to come out.

Dib: *opens door*
Zim: "I've put up with you long enough, Dib! Now, fight an enemy you cannot see!"
Dib: *stares in horror, at the naked Zim in front of him*
Zim: Haha! Your fear is overwhelming, no?
Dib: ZIM WTF?!
Zim: eh
Dib: Why are you coming to my house, in the middle of the night, NAKED?!
Zim: Ha! Foolish Human! Can you not see that I am invisible?!
Dib: You're right there *points*
Zim: What! No I'm not! *takes a few steps over*
Dib: There! Your mighty Irken cloaking, cloaks the suit but not you! *tries to pretend he can't see Zim's "parts" *
Zim: LIES! Now, behold the Doom Canon!
Dib: I can't, it's invisible *wishes Zim didn't say "Doom Canon" while he wasn't wearing pants*
Zim: But you can see me?
Dib: Zim, I can see all of you
Zim: *looks down and realizes that he's completely exposed*
Dib: This would be really funny...if I wasn't so grossed out right now
Zim: AAHH!!! *covers himself, and runs away crying - naked and humiliated*
