Wow, well, that's your perception I guess. It's just his actual physique - I went by screencap references - he's got a big beer belly, so that's what I drew, or at least tried to draw.

Ya know, I never thought about it, but you're right - he's one of the few guys who can really pull of wearing pink! Must be the purple-ish skin coloring. ^_^

Always loved Beetlejuice...the movie and the cartoon . They really need to put the cartoon on DVD. Very nice work on both characters and I like that fact that you gave Beetlejuice pjs with beetles on them
