As SciFi/Fantasy fan, I felt I would be letting myself down if I didn't have at least one picture of me "energy blasting" someone else.Alternative versions (same picture, edited differently):

Cool, but you should have just made the energy blast and the area around in wierd colours and left the rest of the picture as normal colours.

I agree with you there. Distorting the nearby colours would've been a nice touch...if I ever attempt something like this again I'll give that a go.
