First of all, muscles are needed to carry a mini-gun like Heavy's.
It doesn't matter if they look ugly or not, this bitch will DIE once she touches the battle grounds.

In all honesty, I do not see your OC surviving long. She needs muscles to lift and carry Heavy's guns and I don't see her with any. I know you said 'any more and she'll be ugly', but battles aren't won by how cute someone looks.
