Um... I didn't draw this. It's a coloring page from RWaM!!I've wanted too color this one in Photoshop for awhile, and now that I finally have it... I did. I dunno, I really like how the glow came out
My brother cried "Eww" as he watched me color this XD
Dib's hair is messed up, it was nice, but no. I fixed it, but it looked better befor. Gonna color a bunch of these and put them on here, wanna practice with meh Phptoshop skills.
*I porposly did the shading different from the shows

Cool I like the way his eyes glow. how did you do that glowing effect I've always been wondering on how to do that.

It's actualy really easy. Just set the brush to 'normal' and have the size a bit bigger that whatever it is your gonna make glow, then use a smaller brush size, only using whatever color you want.
It makes things look good

Thanks. I needed that since I drew a character who's SIR unit has glowing red eyes and other glowing parts.
