Ohhhh I like him! He is so cool! You did a superb job on the shading! I also love how he looks, sort of like "Don't mess with me." In a weird way he reminds me of Shigure! (when Shigure is being serious.

I was going more for Soubi from Loveless. I really don't see how you can see any of Shi-chan in him. Shigure's just plays the smartass. I have yet to see him serious. Well, thanks. He's gonna be the main character for a lemony yaoi I'm going to write. I'm just changing one of my old stories to include him.
