I'm actually on a new computer since I've last done most of my perler bead things, but here's a good reference from google: vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/m…
Other than that, I can't seem to remember where some of my other references for characters like erisolsprite and Casey came from, probably off google or tumblr searches~. If you're planning to make your own, most sprites are about two boards tall and just one across for someone like John, but some of them with bigger horns or wings may take a few more~

Do you by chance have the grids of the characters still? I would love to have them to make them. I have no access to photoshop and it would be great to have the pixels to follow.

You can also get grids using other programs, such as ms paint if you check the box for grid lines and zoom all the way in, or fire alpaca is a free drawing program that should have automatic grid lines if you zoom in enough~
