Alright so this is going to be my last post until I get back from my hiatus, so why not make it useful for you guys?This is how I color my eyes digitally and it's animated step by step for you! I use GIMP 2.6 but it can be done on any other program such as Photoshop, SAI and MS Paint if you don't have GIMP.
