The Master totally had a moment in the Sound of Drums. Am I right? XDHad a bit of a struggle chibifying Winters. He's all "srs bzns guys" and that does not make for a pleasant chibi.
Lucy really is just an accessory in this scene, isn't she? XD
I don't think I'll color this, but I wish I had the patience, just to color the EPIC red inside of the Master's coat. XD (Billow, billow, billow! XDDD)

Yeah, the only distinguishing feature I could give him was the weird sheet of brain scans he was holding... I also put a little arrow labeled 'The Dream Lord' pointing to him just to clarify things - arrows pointing out obvious things FTW! XD
