Yup, just as the title says.This was made on my friend's server.
Also, to the far right, is a big 100x100x100 block.
To the not so far right, is a statue of my Minecraft skin.
And to the left, is a sunflower on fire.

Not really. Since they're already in blocks, all you have to do is put them on minecraft. It's easy. Especially if you have it up on Paint, and you use gridlines.
