Ronan, you have to go to shop, click the academy tab, buy his mission then go to equip and activate the mission. Ronan and Lass are easy to get. the others are harder. The ones i've unlocked besides the 3 you start with are: Ronan, Lass, and Ryan. Lass is my highest level at 39. And I trained him from 1 to 39 in only a day.

Lol, nice. I got Lass to 30 or so by doing my assassin job mission. You should start your 2nd job, Spearman you just gotta go to the shop, buy the spearman mission, start it then follow requirements, its pretty easy after that you can use spears, and get cool armor. 3rd job starts at 30, 4th at 40, I'm working on Lass's 3rd, Dark Assassin, right now hes a assassin, with awesome armor.
