Description
This picture sort of symbolises the distance Saik puts between herself and her crimes morally. She knows fully well what she's doing, but chooses to no longer acknowledge it, becoming enraged when people tag her with titles like "psycopath" and "murderer". She knows she can;t take back what she's done, and so, doesn't try to correct it. She feels sorry, but doesn't let that sorrow affect how she lives. Thus, she remains free.Saik C me.

Ooh, great job! I like the choice of colouring, especially for the flames in the background
Saik's pose looks great, too, with how the front of the dress billows out with her legs folded while she stands :3
only thing is, I'm not sure if this is a rough or not, but the flames look kinda of jumpy, especially in areas that you can actually see the brush, like against the background colour. Perhaps you could blend it a little more, and curve the blending just in or out a few places to make it seem like actual fire, how it twists and bends..
Also, as I've said before, I'm not sure if this is a rough and if you mean to colour something else or work on something else, but perhaps the view on Saik could be more.. er... Softened, like the blur I was suggesting for the fire.
and the skeletons! X3 they is so cute :3 XDD they look just fine! *steals one of 'em XD*

Oh, it's not really supposed to be a particularly harmonious picture, so I liked separating the flames from the background so ditinctly.

Hey-heeeey. This looks quite awesome
The emphasis on Saik with her being pure-white and everything else around her being in color makes for a very interesting contrast, and as you mentioned, great symbolism. I'm also really liking her pose. It looks very natural and overly awesome
As Diablo also mentioned, you did great with stylizing the skellies there. They look really good without taking emphasis off of Saik.
