C: As a thanks for putting me out there for a subscription, and also doubling handily as an early birthday present CBTex on his bike, with his gun. I'm afraid when I first drew this, I had no reference with me but the bike design, and I ad-libbed the gun... I'm really sorry I changed your design for that Zerna, but a modified six-shooter just made more sense to me... Thats not an excuse, I know, and if you want I'll change them.
Anyway. I also apologise for totally failing at making surfaces seem glossy T_T But I really tried...
Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with this. His hat was difficult to get right, but it got there, and his positioning I'm really happy with. His bike turned out pretty good too, though it took alot to get it looking right on that angle.
And you get purple cacti. Thus, my effort at making it look like an alien desert. I played around with the lighting effects alot to try and get the sun looking kinda harsh.
I really like Tex's boots -3-

The gun and bike look absolutely wonderful I say. U: Especially the gun. I love it.
I also think you did a nice job on seating Tex on the bike.
Lol don't worry... I really suck at coloring metals too .. 3:< I think you do an even better job though. especially on the silver parts.

C: That [art was kinda strange, I don't normally sit them on stuff, y'know? They just end up floating or standing...
XD Well, I was actually talking about the red parts, metals I'm slihgtly more confident with. You just make sure your highlights are almost white, and your darker areas are a very dark grey. Contrast helps.

So glad you like it, seriously. (Please don't say that. I've just been through a large area of wanting to draw cybermechanical stuff *and from thus Saik's own robotic parts were born* so I might have a little more experience.)
