So the other night I was browsing through and found this one picture there... And since I'm so incredibly busy and cannot afford to waste any time anymore on anything that's not school stuff, I thought to myself, "Hey, why not have a go at photomanipulation?"Six productive school hours were sacrificed to make this. I'm still not quite sure about the way the wings connect to the shoulders and the back, but overall I'm happy with it.
His name is Merlin and he's my imaginary friend. (The wings are merlin-wings.)
This is my first actual attempt at photo-manipulation with Photoshop CS.

This is a great shot, i am very impressed. It is a definet full view, just to fully grasp all that is going on.
One suggestion though, on the full view you may want to scale it down some so that it will fit completely on the page.
Other than that, nice work on your first photo manip.

Héh, photomanipulation can be fun.
Not the best work I've seen, but I like it maby you should of done the shadow more realistic and placed an actual background (something lord of the ringish), practice make perfect. carry on this stuff is rather cool.

I think the wings should be cut a little in the neck, it is too high.
And maybe add a nice texture for background, to fill up the empty spots.

Well the wings are definatly better now; though I still think something isnt right.. maybe its because of the things near the end that come together near my head, I dunno. But they do blend in better now, so, nicely done.. !
