I really wish that he hadn't been killed off, he seemed pretty nice and extremely honorable and Keith really needed a Galra like that to seek information and guidance about his ancestry and species (one half of his species anyway) from, especially with Shiro gone for the moment now and I really think that they need to give Keith a full blooded Galra for another companion, it would further the story in my opinion, especially if we got to see how Shiro reacted upon finding out at his (assumed) return.
Because I mean teaming up with a few good Galra to fight a war is one thing but finding out that your role to your best friend has been sort of taken by one of a species that used to imprison you is a whole other thing completely.

An unnecessary death is unnecessary I wished he was in the show more than he was

ah man! It wasn't unnecessary at all! Oh no no, he sacrificed himself for the greater good, they wouldn't be able to defeat Zarkon and all of that ya right it isn't bad, when You look at it, his plot arc was shown taking place in the same time as the main plot with the paladins, which just simply means, at least for me duh, that he was as important as them and I just hope the fandom would see it too ;;;;
and even his death was shown in such a, ah let me just call it like this, beautiful way? Of course he didn't had enough screen time, I really wished for him to be a part of the team,
but this whole season showed us the Galra in a completely different way and it's really reallly cool and it's mostly thanks to him ^^
