I'm searching for Specter. Specter doesn't want to be found by me so he told all of the monkeys to make sure I didn't find him... thus I get crushed under a giant robot.

Specter is the main antagonist throughout the Japanese game Ape Escape. He use to be an ordinary albino monkey who performed at the Monkey amusement park until he found one of the Professor's inventions (a helmet) that increases the intelligence of the brain of whoever wears it. After putting it on, he became overwhelmed with a desire to take over the world from the creatures who put him through all the misery in the amusement park. Specter creates more helmets (not quite as good as his own) and places them on the other monkeys.
There are currently only 4 games (though I only have 3) available in America. The first game is for PlayStation, the second & third are for PlayStation2 and the fourth game is for PSP Then there are several others in Japan that has never came to America for random reasons...
There is also a small anime about the series. And two different 10 minutes shows - one of which was actually produced here in America!
