Rookie becomes much more confident,tough, and protective He also has more of an attitude compared to King Cybug / Turbug, Rookie is much smaller, leaving him to be a 15 feet tall Cybug. While King Candy / Turbo is standing 30 feet tallWell that's all I can come up with
