SΓ, es una referencia a DOOM, pero tambiΓ©n a Evil Dead, y me imagino que a los primeros Resident Evil... por eso amo a Regular Show, porque maneja unas referencias ochenteras y noventeras cojonudas.

I believe the main character is also a reference to Bruce Campbell, who starred in the Evil Dead and Army of Darkness. The latter movie using a pose pretty similar.
While we're on the subject of Regular Show being awesome for it's use of insanely cool pop-culture references, Mordecai also sings a Beastie Boys lyric in one episode, slightly altered of course.
