Back from Vega, it was AWESOME! I really wish we could of stayed another day. ;_;( Actually I've been back since yesterday, just got too lazy to internet. )

how can a robot (im assuming she a robot, or is glados a computer?) feel lonely. and how can she feel anything physically in the way that involve to people?

Same reason why she can feel hate towards Chell or fear towards the bird.
Even when she was a potatOS she could physically feel the bird pecking at her and when Chell stabbed her with the portal gun, even them Turrets could feel pain when they were being smashed due to Chell and Wheatley tampering with the turret control.
It's all simulated really but feeling anything physical and emotional is pretty real to them.
