What? I finally got around to continuing this? Amazing.

Yep, Noivern is my ninth favourite Pokemon. Noibat was the very first Pokemon I ever received over Wondertrade after having spent ages trying to catch a particularly difficult Eevee to trade out. He became my team baby.

Noibat was also the first Pokemon I ever played with in Pokemon Amie. Back then, I didn't know about any of the extra effects in battle that Amie had, so when I decided to start training him, I was so taken back by how affectionate this lil beatbat was!

He evolved shortly after and, by time we reached the league, he was level 80! He was my favourite team member and I felt so attached to him, headcanon-ing him as a cheeky, happy-go-lucky dragon beatbat, optimistic and gentle, despite his appearance.

I couldn't nickname him (obviously), but if I could, he probably would've been called Beats!
