the way you color this makes it look like a detailed 3d model. straight from a high budget pixar film. amazingly well done.

I think there are some fishes, but they'll have a hard time there with the blast that pass, the bycicles that get thrown into the water and other nasty things. It looks pretty but is actually pretty filthy.

The clouds don't look natural. Did you paste those in?

They're clouds, they aren't always the same everywhere. Sometimes they look weird. I also doubt this person would copy/paste the clouds in, since it's an environment and not a drawn picture, he/she doesn't get credit the same way they would get if it was a drawing.
Quite a long text, I apologize. Also, I don't mean to insult you or be mean to you, just expressing my opinion.

The clouds also look flat like they are a painting and not actual clouds. Only other reason I can think of is the image was overprocessed destroying some of the natural detail.

No worries. It's just the mind is able to tell when something looks off. For example look at the clouds to the left as they get close to the buildings. It fuzzes out then disappears on a straight line like it was pasted in without taking the time to blend it in correctly. I don't know why the photographer would do that.

Now that you say that, I checked the clouds, especially the bottom left one. You're right, it looks quite strange.
Also, indeed, they do lack the normal depth of clouds, or at least it looks like it.
When I first saw this I also realized the lighting looks a bit weird. A little fuzzy, too soft, maybe. It looks quite "game-like", something that was edited. The water as well, the brown is awfully full, that too looks a bit unreal.
I do love long text, huh? I would also like to thank you for being reasonable (in one of the word's many meanings), it's somewhat rare these days to find someone who appreciates decent conversations.

I looked at some of the other images the artist has posted with clouds and they exhibit the same effect. I'l chalk it up to artistic expression, however, that being the case, these probably should be categorized under photo manipulations since the photos are not untouched beyond normal color and contrast corrections.

Hey guys, the clouds are affected most while trying to fix the sky. (lets say, at least in my editing ).
There is many editing in the photo. The editing of the buildings or the window very near to the clouds are the main reason for the loss of the cloud detail. Thanks for the feedback. I will be more careful next times.
