Description
Mermaid- is a legendary aquatic creature with the upper body of a female human and the tail of a fish.

Cockatrice- It has the reputed ability to kill people by either looking at them—"the death-darting eye of Cockatrice" [5]—touching them, or sometimes breathing on them.
It was repeated in the late-medieval bestiaries that the weasel is the only animal that is immune to the glance of a cockatrice. It was also thought that a cockatrice would die instantly upon hearing a rooster crow, [6] and according to legend, having a cockatrice look at itself in a mirror is one of the few sure-fire ways to kill it. [7]
The cockatrice was also said to fly using the set of wings affixed to its back

Goblin-is a legendary evil or mischievous grotesque dwarf-like daemon or monster that appeared in European stories and accounts during the Middle Ages. They are ascribed various (sometimes conflicting) abilities, temperaments and appearances depending on the story and country of origin.

Troll-is a fearsome member of a mythical race from Norse mythology. Originally more or less the Nordic equivalents of giants, although often smaller in size, the different depictions have come to range from the fiendish giants – similar to the ogres of England (also called Trolls at times, see Troller's Gill) – to a devious, more human-like folk of the wilderness, living underground in hills, caves or mounds. In the Faroe islands, Orkney and Shetland tales, trolls are called trows, adopted from the Norse language when these islands were settled by Vikings.
