This image doesn't seem unlikely. He did mention that he has many bodies. What if he had one or two made for "emergencies". Like...What if one of the girls became too unpredictable? Or just too difficult to control?

My theory is that this is what may happen when an Incubator (in particular a mentally ill one, who has emotions) consumes too many Grief Seeds. The despair inside them washes over him, and he becomes an abomination similar in nature to a Witch.

i love this but i think it would be even creepier if he was in this form but still had his normal (◕ ‿‿ ◕) face. the contrast would make him even scarier i think. Anyway, i love this. really hoping they fight kyubei at the end and he turns into something like this.

Holy hell, this is seriously creepy. No wonder he loves royally screwing young girls over so much – he's practically the Devil in disguise (which is interesting, because the show does make him appear as such, with the countless Faust references).

Especially like how you did the floating rings. They fit well with the bone-golem-ish structure. I would have probably liked if his tail would be a bit more like a toxic fume or a spirit form or something since his body is otherwise so well detailed.
The background is awesome with the shades of purple and red, the pillar of light adds to the atmosphere.
