Description
Paragons might be my favorite archetype in Mutants and Masterminds, but there's a special place in my heart for Cosmic Energy Controllers. They are pretty easy to break in earlier editions, but them being powerful and versatile is part of what makes them fun!

Enter, Captain Cosmo! Sparked when she was murdered, she returned to life being guided by unknown forces, now fights to defend Earth and the Galaxy from powerful alien threats. She can blast, beam, and burst with devastating cosmic energy, boost her abilities and infuse her muscles with cosmic might, and can restore damage done to creatures, objects, and herself. She was an older character of mine that I rebuilt with my more recent forte in building characters.

Photoshop, mostly vector sans the half-tone pattern, about four hours with breaks. Attempted a more dynamic pose, trying to put a little motion into it.
