I will not always be there, for that would be impossible.
I can not do everything for you, for I am one person.
I shall not die for you, for that would serve no purpose.
Instead, I'll be there for you at times I can.
Instead, I'll do what I can, and fall before I'm done.
Instead, I shall live to be with you, and to carry on your spirit.
I will not promise the impossible, instead, I promise you my heart.
In which I shall do all I can for you, my one dragoste.

It's a good concept, It definitely communicates a message in a concise but still poetic way, yay for the repetition and structure. you could turn it into a pretty awesome poem with a little polishing.
