This skin package was designed to fit a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080.Credit for these skins go to the original owners.
This skin is a collection of skins from various artists. It has their complete skins and hasn't been thinned down. The entire collections are featured in this skin. Without their hard work this collection would not be possible.

juts got the start bar working... is there any way for it to function as if it is a normal start bar? because it feels slightly redundant that ive got that but still have to use the main one for switching between programmes

I included it only as an option for you to choose. I use my start button also. BTW... There are other skins that serve as a start button. You can add it if you wish.

The file is an RMSKIN file. You have to have Rainmeter installed first. Be sure and download the newest version. Then all you have to do is double click it. Send me a not if you continue to have difficulties.

It has a built in config panel. Easy to change colors. You may have to ask the Tech-A author if you have any difficulties. The link is provided above with the other links.

Within Rainmeter go to the Tech-A folder. Find the folder CFG. DC the configure button. Edit as you like.
