it looks cozy and all, but where the Half-Pipe?
surely, you can't design a house without one.
depending on the the height of the 3 car garage, you might be able to squeeze one in there... and the cars can stay parked outside! haha!
yes, im a skate nerd.

Well there's a lot more to it than just my designs and then it being built, but yeah that's essentially what happens - with a lot of other steps in between. This one is a little easier to work on since it's for my parents, and my Dad is in the industry.

yeah, architechture is the best. One of my best friends studies architecture & I feel a strong jealousness against him some times. Well at least I'm smarter than him.... well at least I have an Arne Jacobsen chair & he doesn't.

Ah, but it is immensely interesting in fact!!!!
I like the style, for it is so crude.
I do understand the whys thou.
This is a special skill you get there!
And yes, you would need your degree.
But, why not?
Did you use Illustrator for that?
It's funny, I never did that kind of job, and I think it is fascinating!.
The only architectural type of work I ever did, was what I called "The fakes".
Which basically is, show the final project as real as possible (so, it's PS work), just like a picture, so the client can see how it looks and take decision, bla bla bla.
Once, I did it for a client who couldn't decide what colour his (her actually) house would be painted.
The house was half way completed, so took pics, finished the building, so to speak, he he he, and "painted" the house like 10 differnt colours.
The outcome was extremely useful for the client, for he changed completely his mind.
Anyway, my fav job like that was when the Sooke Harbour House contracted me to create a dead realistic serie of pics, representing a parking lot that didn't exist, but hiden beside edges and trees and so on and so forth.
The outcome was so interesting, he he he..
The client couldn't understnd how it looked so damn real.
I think i carested 10 photos, and 4 of them were so well done.
But I'm bla blaingh away, what a shame!
As for teh design of the house you drew, I will not comment, for my views of housing are too bizarre to even be put on paper!
I like your recent work in a different way I use to.
I mean, I like the fact that you seem to go for a even more simple way and representation.
The way you express yourself basically.
I like that.
It is chalenging to achieve, but you do it admirably.
I am also more than pleased to hear that you had some great time in Whisler!
Way to go man!!!
Take care of yourself.
Cheers.

If I could do nothing but, I would!!
I love doing it, but without a degree in architecture it'd be pretty hard to get the work. So, I'm content to the little bit that I can. It's pretty amazing seeing something you've designed actually being built!
Though there have been others, the 'client' in this case is my Dad
