*~ About Dart~*

Dart was first born to Bulk Biceps and Fluttershy. Unlike his parents, Dart seemed to have quite the adventurous spirit and from an early age never missed an opportunity to fly as fast as he could. He loves spending time with Rainbow Dash, and almost forced her into becoming his foalsitter since she could fly so fast. Dart earned his cutie mark, a dragonfly, by competing in a flying contest after training with Rainbow Dash. His special move was darting with fast agility through the cloud obsticle, making the judges call him "He's not Darting Fly... He's dragonfly!" Bulk and Fluttershy try their best to keep up with their energetic son, but as he got older they seemed to back off and let him do his own thing. (Of course, they made sure he was safe from a distance and if push came to shove, they would easily step up and take charge)
Dart loves spending time with his little sister, Snowflake, and he tries to get her to do things that he likes to do, but with Snowflake being more like their parents, Dart gets impatient very easily and changes his mind.
Although a bit gumptious, Dart is actually a very loving stallion, and has a soft spot for nature like his mother.

(In my headcanon, Bulk Biceps and Fluttershy became close after training together for the Equestria Games. After celebrating with her at the after party, Bulk Biceps offered to walk Fluttershy home. On the way home, they were confronted by some ponies who were not so friendly, and both Bulk Biceps and Fluttershy cowered towards them. But as Fluttershy was getting teased directly, Bulk Biceps stood his ground and defended her by sending the punks flying into the side of the road. From that night on, Bulk Biceps got over his fear and designated himself to protecting Fluttershy and in time, fell in love with her. For a long time, Fluttershy never knew how Bulk felt about her.. He was too nervous to speak up and she wasn't picking up on his signs. It wasn't until Cadence came to Ponyville for a visit that she whispered into Fluttershy's ear about how she can see the way Bulk Biceps looked at her.
Although embarresed and extremely nervous, Fluttershy told Bulk she was aware of his feelings and that she too felt a connection between them.)
