hehe same. i use paint.net, paint tool sai the most
and then some photoshop

Paint tool sai and Photoshop mostly, I still prefer paint.net for outlines.

I only use paint.net for adjusting RGB curves and for saving things as GIFs.

well i mean you can save it in gif form not actually make gifs~~ but its useful if you have a gif making program on the side
