Might try slowly steering back to the 2007 period since I kinda liked my stuff back then more than what it is now...
...omfg I just realized why my style suddenly changed;;; (yes midway typing this desc lmao) It's cause the 2007 style is IMPOSSIBLE to translate to doujinshi drawing. It's weird as frick o_o; It's also why my stuff got flatter and simpler than because cause I didn't want too big a jump between cover art and lines;;;
Mrrhhh.
Maybe I should just get a second alias and be two people;;;

I actually have sketchbooks and backup files of stuff even older XD I'm jsut too lazy to go find them.
Despite them having really horrible proportions and stuff, I think I drew more interesting things when i started out. Even now I can't throw the old books out cause I feel like maybe I should try redrawing them in the future ^^
Now though I think I'm really obsessed with the technical aspects of how I draw...the way I colour, what I want be remembered as...

Omggg yes. 2005 was an epic year. We met on gaia yeahhh. Hahaha during the halo contest (which you won xD!). And looking at your art, there was a huge jump between 2004 and 2005. *thumbs up*

Yeaaa XD l;ooking at this meme I think that's probably my direction not but...as I said there was a reason why I switched to a more flatter simpler style and that's cause I wanted to draw doujis in the future :< I might find a way to get both to work out like airgear or something >_O we'll see. Since many good painters on devart did this meme I recognised that 2007 is the preferred artwork year of most of them, me included. XD I think 2007 was my best year, too.
