Lol, cutie. Your bf is a decent photog.... but if you want to make this image better w/o having to do much work, try a very simple trick I learned in PS. To whiten the teeth w/o making them look fake, try just using the desaturation brush (same brush in the burn/dodge family) and desaturate the yellow out. Then you might want to brighten them just a bit. Capturing the beautiful blue sky behind people and giving them a rich skin tone often makes the teeth come out too yellow. This is a quick fix.
