I was just trying to apply traditional oil colour techniques in Photoshop, well It didn't work out well (I'm sure I couldn't make the right brushes).It took me around 30 minutes.

hey, actually if your trying to do a more traditional oil painting feel you can try out Painter, software, its perfect for creating digital art with a traditional feel,
2ndly, don't worry bout getting the right brushes, digital painting has as much to do with basics as do traditional. If you got it all right you can do most stuff with just the default photoshop brushes.
