PSA: Common Artist Copyright MistakePeople who put a Creative Commons license on their works but say "do not repost" need to learn better, as Creative Commons allows for all types of reposting without ANY form of permission, REGARDLESS of what "your rules" may be, so long as they give proper credit!

The license basically states "you are allowed to repost the work - while the license is active - so long as you follow the rest of the license (not DeviantArt description) terms."
Basically, if you use creative commons, people can repost with credit no matter what, unless the license itself (and not "your rules") doesn't allow the specific use of the work!
If you remove the license, the repost that was made while the license was still active can't be revoked, it's just that no further reposts can be made.
Please learn what Creative Commons means. If you use that, expect works to be reposted. And if they get reposted while the license is active, you cannot take down the repost!
So please conside

BUT WHICH ONE!  Also, technically, it's false.   In law there are two things that must be noted, an intent to license and an actual license.  Putting this sticker on something clearly indicates an intent to license, however, until the actual SPECIFIC license is attached there is none.  As 'Creative Commons' is not a license but a group of licenses, it remains in a perpetual state of unlicensed limbo until a specific license is indicated.  The big issue I have is the number of people doing this and not getting it.
Were it legally tolerable to edit your art, I would suggest indicating the specific license... as is... I am debating claiming trademark dilution or customer confusion.
And actually, I'm reporting this as trademark infringement, as per Creative Commons use policy: "on the conditions that you use the marks solely to describe the Creative Commons license that applies to a particular work" (I will, however, message you directly first).
You do not specify a license!

I don't believe anything that doesn't use Creative Commons non profit labels is actually official. Official Creative Commons notices state the license terms directly on them. (Example NC & ND) Good effort, but I think claiming a copyright would be more effective on here unless you actually want to go through the Creative Commons website

Respect others creations and don't be dicks. Keep up all the great work Deviants! Cheers!

Hmmm... is it a highly paradox: The stamp says, it is a deviation under a CC-license, but the comments says "You may not copy, edit, alter, trace, repost, redistribute, print, or perform the artwork, publicly or privately, commercially or non-commercially, without my explicit permission. wich is a normal copyright and not a creative commons license.

I'm sorry, but you still didn't say why your description says that this is =kitsune-lunari 's work.
