Yes I use a Bamboo Wacom, but for this work I scanned a pencil drawing and colored it on Photoshop

Being a guy with long hair, I know how this is. When you stand in the wind you feel all epic, but when it is blowing your hair all over the place you feel like a Kraken or a total goof. x'D
