This is Rhys. She is the the Foreign Minister of an empire, populated mostly by AIs (the race called Artificals).

This is character from unwritten novel, which should have been my magnum opus. But this novel also shoud have been the first book I would write, so I was afraid to do it very bad. I have created a short story to train, but I haven't received any feedback, so I gave up writing. It won't happen with drawing, because I will draw sth anyway. I have already tried to give it up And always ended up drawing new character I just want to see. Because if I don't draw them, nobody will.
