i spent so long trying to figure out what i want ;;;;;;;;
but im happy to say i am happy with Phisis!!!!

yeah, so they have floating bits on paws and tail, the tail is also completely separated from the body
the hair always completely covers the eyes (which i don't think they even have 0.0)

i have a bit of a backstory to those interested (kinda incomplete, but for now my main idea)

"While in the living world, she was a young fashionate cat with a lot of friends and enemies. One of the popular girls, as you'd say. Every waking moment was spent worrying about her appearance and the appearance of others. She was deemed flawless. Her favourite free-time activity was to bully others and mock them for their style, clothes, facial features and overall general looks. Because of this, many despised her. She knew they were just jealous of the way she looked and so the hate did not faze her. She was just speaking her mind, so she thought.
One day she went missing. Nobody knows what happened. One of the most popular personalities suddenly had vanished and her existence faded from those previously around her. Deep down everyone was glad she was gone, but nobody could truly admit.
Now there she is - a spirit stuck between worlds, her most prized possession now taken away, she can never see again. But it's not the same her anymore - as a ghost her personality has completely dissolved, with no trace of what there was before. A blank slate. Now they roam the waking world, endlessly, for a reason that not even Phisis knows. Not even their previous name has remained. Who knows how many years have passed."
