Definately one of my fave pokemon! He's for sure my favorite Psychic type legendary. ^_^ I always keep thinking he's a water type, though.

Lugia is one of my favorite Pokémon, and this is one of the best pictures I've seen of it. LOVE the effects of the water; you managed bubbles, light streaming down, and reflections without making it look too crowded. Lugia's glowing eyes are a great touch to add some mystery and power to it. LOVE THIS PICTURE!

I love this! The glowing eyes are very important; it means a lot, in the manner that I remember seeing official Pokemon art with a Lugia with glowing eyes. The tail looks a little odd to me; it's not exactly like Lugia's tail (maybe it's just the angle), but it took me a while to notice that little detail. The bubbles in the water are so well painted, and I love the powerful effect the water reflection has!
Overall, it's very well-done! Great job!
