For the second piece of the year, I thought Sina deserved some love ^^

Previously designed and the second character in my roster to ACTUALLY have her story written, Sina was created as a response to a challenge/contest by Enchanted-Fairies . For the contest, we had to create a story around an OC joining one of Pokemon's evil organizations. I chose Team Rocket in the Johto Region. ANYways, I've made Sina art in the past, mostly her Team Rocket version, this time I went through her whole wardrobe in Crystal Skies. I have also done my best to give her a more pokemon-ish base and I think it turned out rather cute ^^. SO, we have:
- Casual1- First described in Chapter 1, prior to her joining Team Rocket;
- Casual2- First described in Chapter 4, acquired in the Pokemon Center after her Houndour is healed;
- Casual3- Not described in the story, but one she'd wear in Chapter 6 after her battle with Giovanni.
- Team Rocket Grunt Uniform- First worn at the very end of Chapter 1:
- Team Rocket Leader- First described in the Epilogue of Crystal Skies, though I have made a few small changes...
