thank you! figured i'd send a blip just to show i'm still alive. it's a challenge to find oneself immersed in more "grown up" ...things (for lack of a better word) and have precious little time left for dreaming. i guess i'm at the point where i'm trying to convince everyone that i'm already a mature, responsible adult (everyone except my husband who knows what i truly am and loves me anyway. heehee) glad to hear from you, dear. hope all's well at your side of the pond

All is well with me. I've super busy with work, and have time for little else, unfortunately, but other than that I am quite well.

And don't worry about 'growing up' too fast. You'll reach my age someday and wonder why you spent all of your twenties trying to convince everyone how mature you were, when you should have spent those years (the ones where you are in the best health and are at your most lovely) just having as much fun as you could. Don't forget to make time for yourself and the things you are passionate about, no matter how silly or trivial they may seem!
