Description
This drawing of Spailpin is when he is starts to get the hang of using magic, and builds up his confidence. It is basically a part of his character growth throughout the story. He begins as a timid fellow with very little self confidence, but grows to be more bold and courageous as the story progresses.
Anyway, at first I was trying to figure out what color I should give the magic glow around his hand. At first I was going to color it green, but then thought it would look too much like the aura color of Danny Phantom. So I just went with light blue. I know this is a typical way of drawing characters using magic, but I just couldn't think of anything else.
