Description The mob here is a bit well...mixed up and slackers. Instead of cementing the feet they cemented the upper body.

Then dropped the body in shallow water.

Apparently they missed the dumping bodies day of bad guy school

This sculpture was created by Michael Bonadio at Sloss metal Arts.

Thanks to For letting me know who the artist is

I had a set of shop dummy hands in the bathroom... pre-kids. One stuck up from the bath plug hole, the other was reaching out from behind a trailing plant... the shrieks from visitors were delightful!
Legs would be so much fun!

Oooh That sounds awesome!! There are some folks that live down the tracks from us that have mannequins up in trees looking down at you in their yard. They go all out dressing up their yard for x-mas and Halloween. It looks funny though because at x-mas the mannequins are still up in the trees and there are severed body parts and other Halloween things lying about with pretty Christmas decorations covering them. It has a Hancel and Gretta effect. Your lured in by all the pretty lights and sparkly ornements and then when you are in the middle of looking at it you start to see the hands reaching out of the ground, mannequins staring, ahead here a foot there, and a bunch of pumpkins staring.

It's really cool. Great for scaring friends

My kind of people!

I did an installation piece for my first year college exams, it included two soft sculpture women, Maureen and Iris. I couldn't leave my life-size squishy ladies in college but I had to bring them with me once in a while to show how they were progressing. A (slightly mad) friend used to help me carry them to the train station and into college... omg, we had some serious fun with those gals! He pushed it a little too far, he dropped Maureen on the street and made out he was kicking her... the cops screeching to a halt in the middle of traffic didn't find is so funny When I had them at home my mother used to put coats over their heads, they kept scaring her

No, my mum passed away a few days before Sarah was born
Maureen and Iris had been banished to the garden shed and may still be there for all I know.
My mother had a love hate relationship with them. Maureen and Irish had appeared on two TV shows, the neighbors were curious and had to meet the stuffed celebs! They also acted as a bizarre form of security, my mother would leave them sitting near a window if she was away overnight
