And i dont think so,steamies in the philippines are very rare... I mean there's a few ones that still alive but now its displayed. Some of them are already dumped.

At the North Carolina Transportation Museum or NCTM for short. They have steam locomotives on display and they even restored one or two before. Not kidding.

Here in my country,steamies (especially La Carlota Trains) used to pull sugar cranes than passengers. And thats the only thing i know about Tank Engines in The Philippines,im not really sure if they pulled a passenger coach once. Also they're very slow.. If you watched the BBC documentary 'bout Philippine trains,you'll notice their slowness that it doesnt need a brake van

At the NCTM they mostly use diesel locomotives for pulling visitors around the museum. But when the Norfolk and Western 611 gets out of the roundhouse from its winter maintenance. It will be pulling caboose train for a bit. But it sadly won't be pulling any excursions.

Not really. At Norfolk Southern they can't afford to run steam anymore. Only diesels.
